The Customer Portal allows Washtech customers and partners to manage one site or multiple locations online. Place online requests for any of your locations and follow up on all requests for every site.

View and Manage Jobs

The Customer Portal allows Washtech customers and partners to review service history, view technician notes, download captured pictures, download work order copies and cross reference invoices online.

Create New Jobs

The Customer Portal allows Washtech customers and partners to submit new service requests, order parts or chemicals online.

What web browsers are supported?

All web browsers are supported, however for best results we recommend using Google Chrome.

How quickly are my new requests visible?

Any new request is viewable immediately in the Customer Portal, your online requests are entered directly into our system once submitted. Our Service Team is instantly notified of the new request.

Can I use the Customer Portal after-hours?

YES! An email is automatically generated and sent to our On-Call technicians with the your contact information as well as the description of the problem you have entered. You will also receive the same email for your records, so you can rest assured your request has been received.

Is there any cost?

NO! The Customer Portal is free for all our customers.

How can I sign up?

Signing up is easy! Just fill out the contact form on the website, send us an email or give us a call.
